• Description: Wellness Within is a nonprofit wellness center for patients, survivors, caregivers, and families affected by the trauma, stress and anxiety brought on by cancer.Located in downtown Roseville, Wellness Within is an open door to help, hope and holistic healing for people unified by the shared experience of cancer and its impacts. This center offers clarity through the fog of information and emotions that follow cancer diagnosis; breathing room to focus on your quality of life and healing while letting your physicians focus on the illness. Wellness Within provides a wide range of services that enhance an individual's ability to experience quality of life through practices that incorporate physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing.Wellness Within's (programs) classes: Expressive Arts Healing Movement Meditation & Mindfulness Nutrition and Cooking Guest SpeakersAll programs are free of charge.
